Last night’s focus in painting class was on watercolors. I don’t know if I’ve ever used watercolors before, but I had fun with them. What I learned was you really need to take it slow. Very little paint mixed with quite a bit of water. I painted a willow tree (which I don’t think I’m quite finished with yet) and a room with a guitar hanging on the wall. I’m feeling like my painting skills have increased pretty dramatically since the first class.
