Second Painting Class
I’m taking a painting course from my friend and business buddy, Roby Fitzhenry. The class meets on Tuesday nights from 6 to 9. Last week’s session, we went over the basics of design in regards to composition, color theory and contrast in size and color.
We didn’t pull the paints out until last night, and at that time, I painted the below piece. It’s titled, “Woman with a Yellow Face.” I’m hoping they get a bit better from here on out. I’m confident that they will. Last night was the first time I’ve picked up a paintbrush since probably middle school. I definitely had fun.
